Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Hexraa Technologies offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new shared hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of the hosting fees paid.

2. What Is Eligible for a Refund

• New shared hosting plan purchases within the first 30 days
• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Billing errors caused by our system

3. What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

• Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers (non-refundable as per ICANN/registry rules)
• SSL certificates after issuance
• Reseller hosting plans after account provisioning
• VPS and dedicated server orders after provisioning
• Add-on services such as additional IP addresses, control panels, or migration assistance
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Renewal payments — only initial purchases qualify for the money-back guarantee

4. Partial Refunds

For services cancelled after the 30-day window, we may issue a prorated account credit for remaining unused months at our discretion. This credit is applied to your Hexraa account and can be used toward future services.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@hexraa.com with the following information:

• Your registered email address
• Order or invoice number
• Reason for requesting the refund

Refund requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Once approved, the refund is credited back to your original payment method.

6. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the credit in your account.

7. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to decline refund requests from accounts that repeatedly exploit our money-back guarantee, use services in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our billing team may result in account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are committed to resolving any issue fairly and promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
