All Hexraa shared and reseller accounts run on AMD EPYC-based servers with pure NVMe SSD storage. We never mix HDD or SATA SSD drives into the storage pool.
CloudLinux assigns each hosting account its own LVE, a container that limits CPU, RAM, I/O, and connections. One over-loaded account cannot starve neighbouring accounts of resources.
We operate our own Tier III facility in Hyderabad, India, with redundant power (2N UPS + DG sets), precision cooling, CCTV surveillance, and biometric access control. For European deployments (VPS and dedicated servers), we run on a partner NVMe data center in Frankfurt, Germany, with dual-feed power and a redundant carrier-neutral network.
Yes. We offer both cPanel (Linux shared and reseller) and Plesk (Linux and Windows) across our plans. Your choice is configured at account creation.
We run JetBackup daily and store backups off-site. Depending on your plan, we retain 7–30 days of backups. You can restore files, databases, or emails with a single click from cPanel.
